The Pay-Back for the cost of these training courses is in most cases one service call. The benefits of downtime reduction, productivity and part quality are measurable.

We here at U-MHI Platech America are committed to customer training, and as a result, produced training courses and manuals we are very proud of. Printed copies of our Operator Training Manuals and Maintenance Training Manuals are available for purchase through our Parts Department.

MAC 6, 7, 8 Operations and Process Training Course

• Complete coverage of all machine settings and function (every screen, every number, step by step).
• Plastic Processing from start to finish (provides a great understanding of molding and adjustments).
• How to Step by Step troubleshoot and create processes

MAC 6, 7 & 8 Maintenance Training Course (completion of the previous course is HIGHLY recommended)

• Electrical schematic reading.
• Electrical and electronic component explanation.
• Sequence diagrams.
• Hydraulic operation, components and print tracing.

• Problem Solving and Troubles shooting techniques.
• Clamping Systems explanation and operation. (MMIII, MMJ)

MAC 6 & MAC 7 “ADVANCED” Maintenance Training Course NOW 4 Day Course (certificate of previous 2 course required)

• Initialization of controller
• Calibration of Proportional valves
• Calibration of readings
• Procedures for component changing
• Preventative maintenance instruction and inspection - tricks to look for, calibration checks, etc. 

• Electronic and Hydraulic component troubleshooting

In the event of less than 5 total class attendants, U-MHI will postpone the class to the next class date. This will be determined 2 weeks prior to the scheduled class date.

U-MHI Traning Course Fees:

Operator Training seminar is $1500/person.

Maintenance Training seminar is $2000/person.

Advanced Maintenance Course is $2500/person.

This includes all training materials and lunches.

Transportation, lodging, breakfast and dinner are not included. Below is a registration form for your convenience. Reservations will be taken on a first come basis. The class size will be limited, and usually fills up quickly, so the sooner you register the better.
